Black Letter is a monthly fictional letter experience rooted in imagination, craft, and emotional honesty.

Over the course of 12 months, one story unfolds.
Each letter builds on the last, creating a complete narrative arc.
If you begin your subscription mid-year, you will start with Letter One.
You will receive the full 12-letter story in order. You do not lose any letters.

All subscriptions include the full 12-letter story, delivered in sequence. For monthly payment subscribers, if you cancel your payment/subscription, letters will no longer be mailed.

How the Monthly Cycle Works

Enroll by the 15th of the month to receive the next month’s mailing.
Subscriptions placed after the 15th begin with the following mailing cycle.
Letters are written, printed, and mailed once per month.

Anticipation is not a delay. It is part of the experience.
